ONLINE RESERVATIONS
You are required to provide credit or debit card details to secure your booking.
No money will be charged onto your card other than in accordance with the cancellation policy stated below.
Card details are taken for the purpose of reserving your table only. We will not process any payments however, in the event of a no-show, part show or late cancellation, we will apply a non-refundable charge of £30 per person or, in the case of the set menu, the full price of the food menu will be charged. Cancellations (including partial cancellations) must be actioned by calling the restaurant or emailing hola@baserrikitchen.com, 24 hours' prior to your reservation date.
